Gertrude Daly is an experienced writer and blogger. In her day job, Gertrude writes operation and maintenance manuals for a materials handling company. The company creates automated guided vehicles (AGVs) used in factories and warehouses to move goods.

Gertrude has also contributed some short stories to her writing group’s annual anthologies.
